Leadership By Example

Do what I say, not as I do. "Like any good parents trying to raise 2 small children, without a manual, sometimes we had to resort to military means. I like to refer to this requirement is respected. Honestly, I did not buy and then I certainly are not buying now. Imagine, if this report was simply "Do as I do, and you'll see why." A command for respect is much stronger. Natural leaders respect.

Do you live what you mean? A story is one of the women who went to see Gandhi and asked him to stop child told to eat sugar. He smiled at her and kindly asked to return it within 2 weeks. No understanding of left and returned when it was said. After its return, Gandhi looked at the child and told him to stop eating sugar. Confused, wanted to know why it has raised only return 2 weeks later. Why would not that be found in the journey? Gandhi was told that the first had to stop eating sugar.

You are leading by example? Store managers claim that they never ask someone to do something that is no longer done. Do you find yourself saying one thing and do another? Gandhi said "Be the change you want to see in the world."

Congratulations to the wonderful parents who led by example and taught us commitment. This week will celebrate 40 years of marriage, after less than 4 days of Spring Break courtship. Anything is possible.

Feeling a fraud? Need more discipline, commitment and harmony in your life? Want the confidence of respect? Personal freedom means to be who you are. The time is now! Make a 2-week engagement in active lifestyles. Make the mirror your best friend, to take over on foot, by bike riding, yoga and martial arts. We believe you'll love how you look and how you feel.
