If you have more time, will you exercise?

Most adults choose a reason do not have time to exercise. The reason is always a classic no time or too busy. Is if time is more than 24 hours a day people want to exercise? Survey conducted by the British Heart Foundation noted two of the three British men pleaded not have time to exercise, even for 30 minutes than 24 hours of time available each day.

Although three-quarters of participants was 2000 people in good health, but 93 percent claimed to feel guilty for not sporting. Besides lack of exercise, participants also felt guilty for not eating nutritious foods regularly, often drinking alcohol, smoking and lack of eating vegetables and fruits.

Everyone agrees with the theory of 'healthy sport', but few can realize the theory. And based on survey results, the cause of most participants was made there was no time. If the reason is only because of less or no time, then what if the time is more than 24 hours a day, someone want to do sports?

No one deny that the sport was healthy, reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes, obesity, improve sexual ability, and educate the brain and many other benefits. Now it's time to prove the theory that
